LOC5009: Kidde - Matamoros, Avenida Horizonte 109., Matamoros, 87494 MexicoRole Responsibilities:••Collate all the essential data required to set up new or update existing product data in the item master and respective branch plants for multiple product lines••Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect info related to bill of materials, setup routers, set up inter-transfers price for timely cost-roll completion in JDE ••Handle multiple projects simultaneously and respond to constantly changing priorities ••Assist finance team during annual standard cost update ••Able to work in fast-pace environment and independently in a team atmosphere Role Purpose:•At Kidde, the JDE Product Data Management Specialist is integral to ensuring that our JDE ERP product information is complete and accurate. In collaboration with and in support of our JDE Product Data Management lead position, the person who takes the specialist role will ensure JDE items are set up accurately and in a time frame that supports our business needs and key downstream activities. The specialist role will be a key team member who supports our business-critical functions such as customer support, supply chain, logistics, and warehouse. Finally, the person in this role will have responsibility for managing our obsolescent product process on a quarterly basis in collaboration with our Product Management, SIOP and Finance teams as a part of our new product introduction.•••Support the JDE Product Data Management lead by ensuring accurate and timely item setup.••Assist key business functions like customer support, logistics, and supply chain.••Manage the quarterly obsolescence process as part of new product introduction efforts.Minimum Requirements:••Associates degree plus 5+ years of experience••JDE or other ERP systems experience
