Job Overview:

The Strategy & Consulting Insights team is dedicated to identifying opportunities that help our clients push strategic and creative boundaries. We utilize a variety of social listening, research, and analytics tools to provide holistic reporting that helps guide strategies and ensures our clients are able to maximize returns from every effort across their portfolio.

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst that is ready to collaborate with multiple internal teams and clients to build custom solutions that translate raw data into actionable insights to support strategic recommendations.  

Note: This role must be based in ET, but has the option of being REMOTE or HYBRID (offices in Brooklyn, NY (DUMBO) or Raleigh, NC)

What You'Ll Do:

• Design and maintain interactive dashboards that present KPIs in a clear and understandable way
• Partner with platform and industry experts to build custom visualizations that can be used internally or externally to uncover trends, identify areas of improvement and guide business strategy.
• Build and lead processes to collect, clean and analyze large datasets
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by assisting with data governance, data warehousing, and data optimization efforts

What We'Re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field or function (candidates with experience in social and digital data analysis preferred)
• Expert in using common data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, etc.) and demonstrated ability of transforming quantitative analysis into more easily digested visual outputs
• Proficiency in elevated design and layout platforms (e.g. Figma)
• Demonstrated mastery of core quantitative and statistical analysis techniques (e.g. exploratory data analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning, segmentation, optimization, clustering, regression and artificial intelligence)
• High degree of proficiency in using some of the more common statistical analysis and data cleansing tools, platforms or languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL etc.)
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills

Base salary range: $65K - $75K depending on experience, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
