The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, reliability, and the ability to serve as the on-site resource for colleagues without direct management responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tax processing activities including scanning/autoflow, document merging, e-filing, and assembly
  • Coordinate engagement letter production and distribution
  • Provide CRM support to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of client data
  • Assist with engagement billing, accounts receivable support, and related financial processes
  • Serve as a resource to peers by providing feedback, coaching on tools and processes, and helping to raise overall quality standards
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with firm standards
  • Uphold confidentiality while managing sensitive client and firm information
  • Adapt to seasonal peaks with flexibility and a proactive approach

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of administrative or project coordination experience, ideally in professional services or U.S. taxation
  • High school diploma required; coursework or degree in Business or Office Administration preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated reliability and ownership; comfortable being the on-site go-to without formal people-management authority
  • Proven experience coaching peers (giving feedback, teaching tools/process, raising quality)
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems including CCH®, GoSystem®, DocuSign®, SharePoint, and Adobe Pro
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; client-service mindset
  • Proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and adapt to peak-season pressures
  • Flexibility to work in-office at least 4 days a week and occasional overtime (10–15% annually) during peak times
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings

We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship. These values define who we are. We expect all of our people to act ethically and with integrity at all times.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.75 - $46.75 per hour.
