A Day In The Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Achieve sales target / service KPIs by promoting / servicing Medtronic products.
• Provide technical support / field service support to customers including product demonstration, troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Coordinate marketing activities.

​Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related disciplines (preferably Biomedical Science/ Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology majors).
• 2024 / 2025 graduate students.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is essential.
• Willing to work outside of normal office hours for surgical support
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Able to work in a matrix organization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
