Your Biggest Challenge
Sales – that’s where you thrive. You will be the face of Q8Truck in Lithuania: bringing new customers on board, building strong relationships, and ensuring existing customers maximize their potential. You are the driving force behind growth and profitability.
In this versatile role, you will:
- Develop new business: identify opportunities and close profitable deals.
- Build relationships: convince through strong communication, negotiation, and service.
- Protect the portfolio: monitor customer creditworthiness and minimize risks.
- Act as our market antenna: share insights and results directly with management.
- Contribute to teamwork: proactively share knowledge and foster a positive team spirit.
- Stay organized: keep CRM systems and documentation accurate and up to date.

This Is You
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategic sales (products/services)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly driven, result-oriented, and persistent
- Independent worker who also thrives in a team
- Willing to travel frequently
- Flexible and pragmatic approach to challenges
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English; other languages are a plus
- Computer literate (SAP, MS Office, Business Objects & CRM tools)
