Core Responsibilities

Come participate in building and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet business and user needs. Integrate and extend GenAI capabilities using frameworks like Langchain, LangGraph, or similar, and implement and handle infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks such as Bicep and Terraform.

  • Ensures code quality and maintainability detailed code reviews, automated testing, and align to standard methodologies.
  • Champions security, data privacy, and compliance in all engineering activities, ensuring solutions adhere to organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • Documents technical build and implementation details and actively contribute to team sharing insights.
  • Actively participates in agile ceremonies, encouraging a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Do You Have What It Takes?

The preferred candidate has some experience as an agile software developer with full-stack experience, including some front-end skills. They should possess experience with GenAI frameworks such as Langchain, LangGraph, or similar tools for building AI-powered applications, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, prompt engineering, or related use cases. Additionally, they bring solid understanding of software engineering principles and hands-on experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Python, typescript), along with good experience using modern cloud-based services from major providers like GCP, AWS or Azure.

They have demonstrable ability to break down technical tasks into logical, iterative steps and analyses the wider impact of changes. Beyond their technical skills, the candidate demonstrates good interpersonal and communication abilities.

Nice-To-Have Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and building reusable UI components.
  • Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and practical experience with frameworks such as Bicep and Terraform.
  • Familiarity with deploying infrastructure using IaC standard methodologies.
  • Strong interest in staying up to date with emerging technologies in AI, cloud, and front-end development.

Advanced English at a professional level both written and verbally are needed since we are an international gathered team.
