Job Title: Regional Workforce Admin & Data Management Analyst
Reports To: Global Manager, WFA Service Delivery, Enablement & Data Management
Position Overview:
The Workforce Administration (WFA) team ensures consistent, effective, and compliant management of employee data, processes, and services throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes retaining and overseeing outsourced HR administration, owning related processes, and managing global data. All these efforts are designed to support employees, enable HR functions, and maintain global standards.
The Workforce Administration & Data Management Analyst will be a critical link in our global HR service delivery model, primarily serving as the regional point of contact for our outsourced Workforce Administration service provider. The role is crucial for ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations, assisting in resolving complex cases, and maintaining the integrity of our global HR data. The individual will play a key part in optimizing our service delivery and supporting our global data management standards, contributing directly to an efficient and accurate HR function across the region.
This position requires a high degree of independence, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of HR processes and technology. It will regularly encounter complex service delivery issues and data challenges, demanding a detail-oriented approach and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Innovation will involve identifying process bottlenecks and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency and data quality. Under the guidance of the global lead, it will ensure our outsourced partner performs optimally and that our HR data remains accurate and reliable, directly affecting operational efficiency and compliance. It will interact extensively with our outsourced HR Service provider, regional WFA and People Operations teams, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and the HR Technology team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential to successfully navigate these relationships and drive resolutions. This role does not have direct reports but requires strong influence and partnership abilities.
Responsibilities:
Outsourced Wfa Service Provider Liaison:
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for daily interactions with the outsourced Workforce Administration (WFA) service provider.
- Monitor the progress and ensure timely resolution of complex WFA cases escalated by the vendor, liaising with internal WFA, People Operations teams, or HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as needed.
- Support the review and updates employee lifecycle WFA processes, based on feedback from stakeholders such as other WFA or HR teams, our WFA outsourcing vendor.
- Provide feedback to the vendor on performance, process adherence, and areas for improvement from a regional perspective.

- Assist with regional requirements gathering and clarification for HR system enhancements, process changes, and new service implementations.
- Support the analyses of service delivery data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects, contributing insights from regional operations.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure all WFA processes adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements across our global operations.
- Lead and support the implementation of global WFA processes within assigned regions, ensuring regional nuances and local requirements are effectively considered and integrated without compromising global standards.
- Deliver procedural and operational training to regional HR teams and other relevant stakeholders on new or updated WFA processes and system functionalities.
- Support the WFA Service Delivery and Data Management Lead in identifying opportunities for service optimization and process efficiencies within the WFA scope.
- Assist with regional requirements gathering and clarification for HR system enhancements, process changes, and new service implementations.

- Support regular data audits and cleanup initiatives to maintain high data quality and integrity across the region.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of global data governance policies and procedures.
- Recommends process and technology changes to ensure long-term remediation of any audit findings
- Collaborate with the outsourced vendor and the HR Technology team to ensure employee data in the main HRIS (e.g., Workday) is accurately recorded, maintained, and aligns with global data standards.
- Support regular data audits and cleanup initiatives to maintain high data quality and integrity across the region.
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies, working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.

The Ideal Candidate…
- Experience (3-5 years) in HR operations, HR administration, or an HR shared services environment, with a focus on data management or service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience interacting with and/or managing aspects of an outsourced service provider relationship.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data.
- Process-savvy with a desire to understand end-to-end workflows and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred) and ideally HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Proficiency with G-Suite, particularly G-Sheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple complex issues simultaneously.
