A MHE3 Reach Truck Operator is responsible for operating a reach truck (a specialized forklift) to move, stack, and organize materials within a warehouse, distribution center, or production facility. The role ensures safe and efficient handling of goods, accurate inventory movement, and support of overall warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) (preferred)
- Previous experience operating a reach truck or similar powered industrial equipment.
- Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety signs, and labels.
- Basic math and computer/scanner skills for inventory tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a reach truck to transport, stack, and retrieve materials from high racking systems.
- Load and unload pallets, containers, or trucks as required.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures to prevent accidents and product damage.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with cycle counts, stock rotation, and general inventory control tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Complete documentation, labels, and scanning for accurate tracking of goods.
- Support other material handling tasks as needed (pallet jack, shrink-wrapping, staging).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (OT as needed)
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour
