What You’Ll Do

  • Implement major brand campaigns (support to creation briefings, project management with external and internal partners, internal approval process and delivery)
  • Implement seasonal and one-off campaigns (internal creative briefings, production briefings, projects with external and internal partners, internal approval process and delivery)
  • Collaborate with the different channel managers to ensure the integrated deployment of campaigns across all touchpoints
  • Establish the campaign production schedule and ensure it’s flow, as well as plan team meetings for the progress of projects under your responsibility
  • Oversee the monitoring of internal and external approvals of all content under your responsibility, as well as the delivery process of campaigns
  • Manage the communication presentations of the integrated campaigns and their timely delivery on the internal communications platform
  • Develop the post-mortem presentations of the integrated campaigns and share them with various stakeholders to feed strategic thinking and success of future campaigns
  • Optimize the campaign creation process using the best practices for delivering multi-channel campaigns that meet the requirements of different platforms
  • Optimize the campaign production process so that they meet business objectives and respect brand images
  • Make ads for magazines, from briefing to delivery, according to the established standards
  • Participate in the annual strategic reflections concerning the major communication orientations of the brands
  • Participate in the analysis of direct and indirect competitors, as well as changes in consumer behavior

What You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or in communications
  • Minimum of five years experience in managing marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of traditional, digital, and social media marketing channels
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce
  • Bilingualism, French and English, essential (oral and written)
  • Experience in the retail sector and knowledge of the fashion and sports industry (an asset)
  • Able to manage several projects of various sizes at once and to establish priorities
  • Possesses a strong sense of organization and an ability to develop interpersonal relationships
  • Possess strong communication skills
