The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Quality Inspector who brings technical skills and expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll perform quality inspections while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Perform testing of mechanical/electrical assemblies and measure dimensional characteristics per Raymond engineering and other documents.
- Support quality systems, follow all quality documentation, performing inspections of completed trucks ensuring both internal and end user customer requirements are met.
- Participate in problem solving.
- Create records within a database.
- Cross train in various Quality areas.
- Be familiar with ISO-9001 & Raymond Quality Systems: use of RWS, QAPs and APLs; Dept. Inspection Plans and Work Instructions.
- Interface with multiple departments and other manufacturing divisions when resolving problems.
What We’Re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- This is an entry level position with no experience necessary.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products

- Previous manufacturing experience
- Previous inspection experience
- Strong communication skills – clear and concise verbal and written communication.
- Acute attention to details
- Ability to create records in a data base
Where And When You’Ll Work:
- This is an in-person role located at our Kirkwood, NY location—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
- The schedule is Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am – 10:00am; there may be overtime based on business needs.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Wage - $19.76 - $25.34 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
