Job Description Summary

The USCAN Regional Pricing Leader is responsible for managing the Ultrasound, Imaging, and LCS Regional pricing teams. This people leader will coach his/her team to use business judgment to structure, evaluate, and approve pricing for sales opportunities and develop pricing strategies for key accounts. For that he/she will execute the pricing strategy across the different SBUs/LCTs & actively contribute to a smooth execution by deploying an efficient pricing governance and leveraging/ improving the current quoting tools. Work closely in partnership with the regional Value Creation leaders, Finance leaders & Commercial Operations leaders to drive standardization of tools, and processes.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Define & monitor the pricing governance in synchronization with the commercial organization measurement and is responsible for the value allocation between the different accountabilities.
  • Ensure pricing policies are consistent with business objectives and are widely communicated and reinforced, including management of Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing compliance through escalations.
  • Drive the regions/markets to work cross-functionally with operations, Deal Hub and SRC on strategic deals.
  • Assist in the development of portfolio management tools and metrics leading to more robust deal decisions and predictability.
  • Provide Policy 5.0 / 6.0 training and updates to the commercial team(s) supported.
  • Actively contribute to improve the quoting experience & measurement for the different internal users.
  • Lead simplification and process improvement efforts to support achievement of business objectives

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 yrs + experience in Commercial Pricing or Finance.
  • 3 yrs + experience in managing people.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence within a large, complex organization.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $104,040.00-$156,060.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
