About The Role

As the Clinical Team Lead at Burnside, you’ll be instrumental in shaping and inspiring our clinical team from day one. You’ll ensure operational excellence, uphold the highest standards of patient care, and create an environment where your team can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support Dental Assistants and clinical staff in day-to-day operations
• Manage clinical workflows, chairside support, and equipment to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Partner with the Practice Manager to align clinical operations with business goals
• Drive and maintain a strong culture of compliance, hygiene, and best practice
• Inspire performance, engagement, and continuous improvement within the clinical team

About You

You’re a natural leader with a passion for people and patient care. Calm under pressure, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the drive to build and develop a high-performing team.

You’Ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical leadership role within dental or healthcare
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and engage high-performing teams
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage dynamic schedules
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centred approach
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
