In your role, you will be able to do:

• Participate in financial, operational and compliance assessments and program/projects verifications for public sector and donor-funded initiatives.
• Advise international financing institutions and government bodies on performance improvement, governance, and accountability.
• Support business development through market analysis, proposal preparation, and client presentations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business or other relevant field
• 3-5 years of working experience in similar assignments
• Critical thinking with good attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills in both Bulgarian and English
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
