In your role, you will be able to do:
- Participate in financial, operational and compliance assessments and program/projects verifications for public sector and donor-funded initiatives.
- Advise international financing institutions and government bodies on performance improvement, governance, and accountability.
- Support business development through market analysis, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business or other relevant field
- 3-5 years of working experience in similar assignments
- Critical thinking with good attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills in both Bulgarian and English
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
