As a Full Stack Developer (Python/React), you’ll be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing full-stack applications that deliver seamless user experiences and robust functionality. Your role will involve building scalable APIs and back-end services with Python, designing intuitive front-end interfaces with React, and ensuring smooth integration between systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in clean architecture, testing, and performance optimization.

What you will be doing as Python Developer at Elixirr Digital?

• Propose, design, and implement full-stack software solutions that address complex business needs.
• Build and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs in Python, ensuring seamless integration with React front-end applications.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces in React, translating design concepts into high-quality, maintainable code.
• Integrate and manage data storage solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Fine-tune and develop AI/ML-based algorithms, incorporating results into user-facing features where applicable.
• Prepare clear technical and procedural documentation for development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Apply modern engineering principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization, automated testing) to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
• Collaborate with developers, mobile developers, QA testers, analysts, and product owners to analyze, design, and implement functionality in software products based on gathered business requirements
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews to junior colleagues.

Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job: 

• Proficiency in Python, with experience building scalable applications, APIs, and services.
• Strong expertise in React (and related front-end technologies such as TypeScript, Redux, or Next.js), with a track record of delivering responsive, user-friendly interfaces
• Work on extensible GraphQL + REST APIs and highly maintainable services
• Experience working with AWS platform (Lambda, S3. Dynamo DB, API Gateway, etc.)
• Experience with model deployment: containers, microservices, and serverless functions
•  Experience with API integrations to 3rd party tools and use of tools like Zapier, IFTTT
• Knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases
• Understanding the Kubernetes concepts (Architecture and design)
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Redis
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
• Build applications on strong web architecture
• Analyze and solve software engineering problems
• Solve scalability and high availability challenges
