Your Role: Group Partnerships Delivery Manager
As the Group Partnership Delivery Manager, Brand Experience, you will be working as part of the Senior Strategic Partnership Delivery team, with specific expertise in delivery of branded events and experiential brand partnerships and client development / relationships.
Your focus will be to support the Strategic Partnerships Delivery leadership team by leading on the delivery of Global’s commercially led brand experiences at our flagship live events and experiential and live campaigns.
In agency bandings & competencies this role would suit a Senior Account Director level.
As a Group Partnership Delivery Manager at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Oversight: Work with members of the Partnerships Delivery Brand Experience team to manage Global’s flagship events and experiential including Capital’s Summertime Ball, Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball, and Classic FM Live.
- Strategic Creative Approach: Putting together cohesive integration solutions as part of the brand partnership & experiential deliverables, especially around renewal & activation ideas
- Working with the Brand Experience Sales leadership team to nurture existing client relationships and ensure smooth transition of new partnerships into the team
- Campaign Revenue Management including budget tracking
- Problem Solving: highly skilled problem solving and achieving mutually beneficial solutions.
- Interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels
- Establish strong working relationships with the key internal stakeholders across the business who will help enable your team to achieve success.
- Management of Brand Experience Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Executives including goal setting and development as well as ensuring output of work is of the highest standard.
- Support the recruitment process of Brand Experience Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Executives across the department as required.
- Creating and implementing department training and development programmes.
- Managing and monitoring workflow across the team ensuring that we can deliver multiple campaigns at one time.

What Success Looks Like
In the first few months, you will:
- Take ownership for the delivery of Global’s Brand Experience campaigns – whether live music events with artists, bespoke commercial events or experiential activity.
- Support the team and upskill them, where necessary, to ensure they are working consistently through the project management process and enable them to deliver Brand Experience campaigns and work seamlessly to ensure high delivery standards to deliver against client objectives.
- Play a key role in supporting and coaching your team’s development needs, integration and culture as measured by internal staff survey and individual 360 feedback.
- Drive incremental Brand Experience revenue from existing partners by building strong relationships and proactive selling with new and innovative ideas.
What You’Ll Need
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in media or marketing partnerships / event / experiential agency environment with evidence of success in sales & campaign delivery from client & media/advertising agencies.
- Good understanding of event and/or experiential production with a solid black book of reliable suppliers, your experience to date has given you an in-depth understanding of how much things should cost and the ability to thoroughly evaluate production quotes and identify value.
- A solid understanding of Commercial Partnerships within a media/partnerships and events landscape including Brand Experience activations.
- Leadership skills - ability to manage and lead a team to sell and deliver successful campaigns and projects.
- Problem solving: highly skilled at problem solving and achieving mutually beneficial solutions, often in highly pressurised situations with many moving variables;
- Time Management: effective time management and planning with the ability to set & maintain strict deadlines across multiple projects at any given time
- Negotiating: conflict and challenging conversations with internal and external stakeholders and influencing and manage people effectively
- Interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain a level-headed demeanour, often in high pressure environments.
