Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a bilingual bridge for project teams:
- Understand requirement and translate emails, documents, presentations, requirements, and user guides (English ⇄ Japanese)
- Provide offline interpretation/translation support for meetings, workshops, and status calls as needed
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, track actions, manage schedules, and follow up on deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports with high attention to detail
- Perform data entry, basic configuration, and reporting in Salesforce under supervision (if assigned)
- Support testing and user acceptance activities as needed
- Assist with business analysis and PMO tasks:

- Provides support for business development and proposal efforts by assisting with the development of written technical content of proposals.
- Supports business solution investment projects that generate client revenue and supports the development of marketing content of those solutions to clients, potential clients and internally within PwC.
- May include assisting to support engagement management.
- Works closely with and cultivates strong relationships with client staffs and across teams to deliver business solutions.
Background/Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or language major. Strong interest in business and technology consulting industry
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred) or equivalent business proficiency
- English: Strong business-level written and verbal communication
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Have strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or language major. Strong interest in business and technology consulting industry
- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred) or equivalent business proficiency
- English: Strong business-level written and verbal communication
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace), especially PowerPoint and Excel

Bilingual Proficiency:
