đ About The Job
Youâll play a pivotal role in shaping our people experience as we scale globally. As Senior People Experience Partner, youâll lead the development and delivery of foundational HR practices across the UK, ensuring theyâre world-class, inclusive, and scalable. This is a true generalist role â youâll own the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, engagement to employee relations, and everything in between.
Youâll also take ownership of our global HCM System and design + deliver impactful onboarding, management training, and career development initiatives. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, youâll help define and execute the people strategy to support Omazeâs next phase of growth.

Youâre an experienced HR generalist who brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to the table. Youâve operated at a senior level, partnering with leadership on complex people challenges while building scalable, high-impact programmes that improve the employee experience. You have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, are great at coaching and facilitation, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
You thrive in a role with variety â able to shift seamlessly between designing people strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. You take full ownership of your remit and operate with autonomy, while collaborating thoughtfully across the team and the business. Youâre known for cutting through complexity, evolving processes and policies that are inclusive, human and fit for scale. Above all, youâre excited to help shape the future of a globally expanding, mission-led organisation â and to play a foundational role in building a People function thatâs set up for long-term success.
đ§ What Youâll Be Doing
- Build and scale HR foundations across the UK, ensuring compliance, consistency, and local relevance
- Partner with senior leaders on organisational design, people development, and scaling best practices
- Act as trusted advisor on employee relations, handling complex issues with deep expertise, empathy and clarity
- Ensure consistent & excellent employee experience across different touchpoints
- Be proactive in identifying friction points in employee experience and lead interventions or process improvements
- Contribute to shaping and delivering Omazeâs people strategy in support of global growth
- Act as the global HCM System lead, continuously improving systems to meet evolving business needs
- Design and deliver a world-class onboarding experience that helps new hires feel connected and productive from day one
- Develop and implement engaging and impactful management training programmes to build strong people management capability throughout the business
- Lead employee engagement surveys and partner with leaders to turn insights into meaningful action
- Support and evolve our performance review, feedback, and career development processes
