All Round Mobile Plant Operator

The Role:

We are seeking All Round Mobile Plant Operators with the ability to operate Dozers, Diggers and Graders skillfully and within narrow and challenging environments. Having past experience in gold production work. Our fleet consists of Komatsu PC1250's & PC2000, Komatsu D375's and a John Deer grader. The successful applicant must have a solid work history in production mining along with a strong safety-focus and are aligned to our vision and values.

This position is being offered as a fulltime permanent basis and is FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie on an 8:6 | 7:7 DS / NS rotating roster.

Key Accountabilities Will Include:

• Operating the equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Following instructions from supervisors and superintendents in relation to work scope and Aurenne's code of conduct.
• Meeting personal safety KPI's
• Working as part of a team in a dynamic environment, working across all machines.

Requirements

• Essential 3 years’ experience operating a variety of Komatsu mobile plant equipment
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• National Police Clearance - current or willing to obtain
• Gold Open pit experience.
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to maintain fitness for work, pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol assessment.
