Senior Global Procurement Technical Analyst

ADP is hiring a Senior Global Procurement Technical Analyst.

As Senior Global Procurement Technical Analyst, you will work closely with ADP Associates in IT, Accounts Payable, Finance, and Procurement, and act as the liaison between different departments and as the technical representative from ADP to maintain these systems.

You will be responsible for administratively maintaining the company-wide T&E and Contingent Workforce Management systems: Concur, A web-based, best-in-class e-platform for Travel & Expense, and Coupa Contingent Workforce, a web-based vendor management system for Contingent workforce management, and the Global Procurement Contract management system.  In this role, you will report to the Director of Procurement Systems.

What You’Ll Do:

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

• Provide functional and technical application support to ensure that the system continues to operate in accordance with the service level agreement for these applications. This includes troubleshooting application problems.
• Identify system problems with a concise, but thorough outline of the problem and supporting documentation within the case management system. This includes following each problem through to its resolution and keeping management informed of critical issues. Analyzes problems and makes recommendations on resolution or potential enhancements
• Coordinate, test and execute system enhancement requests and the development of fixes with the vendor(s).
• Assist and support the team in identifying and implementing improved processes for system maintenance.
• Provide instructor-led training to associates
• Assist in Global Procurement system rollouts, collaborating with international colleagues in different geographies, time zones, and languages.
• Establish, develop, and own end-user relationships.
• Data analysis and reporting functions for assigned systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience. You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

To Succeed In This Role:

• Global SaaS system implementation experience.
• Experience in data analysis using MS Excel functions, tables, pivot tables, and formulas.
• High level of expertise in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to provide functional and technical application support to ensure SLAs are met.
• Team player with the ability to perform in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with daily operational responsibilities.
• Must be detail-oriented and a problem solver.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, when needed.
• You’ll have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
