About The Role

As Chief Commercial Officer & League, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll oversee and integrate high-performing teams across:

• Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
• Sales & Strategic Partnerships
• Suncorp Super Netball League Operations
• Marketing & Brand Development
• Social Media, Content & Digital Innovation

You’ll lead with vision, drive innovation, and deliver results that elevate netball’s reach, reputation, and revenue.

What You’Ll Lead:

Suncorp Super Netball League

• Set the strategic direction of the SSN competition
• Build strong relationships with club CEOs, broadcasters, and commercial partners
• Champion innovation and excellence across the league

Commercial & Partnerships

• Drive revenue growth across all levels of netball, from community clubs to elite teams
• Lead high-value partnerships and sponsorships that elevate the sport
• Oversee premium events, hospitality, and new commercial products
• Collaborate with stakeholders to position netball as the leading female sport in Australia

Marketing, Brand & Creative

• Shape the national brand vision and marketing strategy for Netball Australia
• Lead a powerhouse team of marketers, creatives, and digital innovators
• Grow and diversify the fanbase through bold campaigns and content
• Leverage data and insights to deliver audience-first experiences across all channels
• Champion digital transformation, from mobile apps to social media engagement
