Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule: 40 hours/week; First shift, 7 am-3 pm with rotating weekends

Earn $26/Hour

Position Details

Under the direction of the program director, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a medical coordinator who helps oversee a small 8-bed personal care home (PCH), assisting residents diagnosed with mental illness. Residents are mostly independent with activities of daily living (ADLs) and need prompting or light assistance.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide nursing coordination of psychiatric and medical conditions for the residents.
• Assist with direct care support as needed, ensuring the well-being of residents.
• Administer and document medication and therapeutic treatments as per the prescribers’ orders.
• Transport to and attend medical appointments using company vehicle.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.

Qualifications
