For over a century, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse has been creating food for people to fall in love with. Our brands exist to make people smile and we delight in serving up little moments of joy for all the family. We now have multiple opportunities for Casual Seasonal Workers to join our team of pie-loving, cake-decorating, Christmas-pudding-packing legends in Keilor Park.

What You’Re Going To Bake

As part of our Christmas crew, you’ll help produce and/or pack a wide variety of delicious treats – think mince pies, Christmas cakes, pastries, and more.

Our people are the icing on the cake! You will be working with a friendly team that is incredibly welcoming and passionate about everything baking.

HOW YOU WILL RISE TO THE OCCASION

You will play a key role in a safe, efficient, and joyful production season, helping to bring festive products to life within a positive and supportive team environment.

• Assist with baking, packing, and finishing seasonal goodies
• Operate production equipment safely (full training provided)
• Meet production targets while keeping quality (and cheer!) high
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and festive-ready
• Work as part of a supportive team – safety and wellbeing first

The Ingredients You’Ll Need

We’re looking for positive, reliable people who want to earn some extra cash while being part of something special this Christmas.

To create a recipe for success, you will bring with you the following ingredients:

• A dash of enthusiasm and positivity
• Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
• Ability to work on your feet and handle some manual lifting (up to 25kg)
• A dollop of teamwork – collaboration is our secret ingredient
• Flexibility and reliability during the busy festive season

Previous experience working in a fast-paced food environment (food manufacturer, plant bakery or industrial kitchen) is highly regarded – what matters most is your attitude, energy, and willingness to join in.

Please note: Public transport is quite challenging in this area and as such you will need a car to get here.
