About The Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collections Officer to join our team in a casual capacity. This role is ideal for someone looking for flexible hours while making a real impact on ensuring timely debt recovery.

• Work 2 half days per week (flexible scheduling).
• Focus on debt collection and follow-up with outstanding accounts.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and correspondence.
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc accounts receivable tasks.

About You:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable or debt collection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Office
• The right to work in Australia (Full working rights) & can obtain a satisfactory Police Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Mandatory)
• NDIS Worker Orientation Completion Certificate (Mandatory)
• Punctuality & Reliability (A MUST!)
• Sharp eye for detail, great work ethic & time management skills.
• Adaptability & Flexibility to meet different client’s needs.
