Product Analyst / Sr. Level

Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support and manage the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the Manhattan Active Cloud environment. This role is critical in ensuring successful warehouse operations, system configuration, and user adoption across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Manhattan Active WMS environments, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Configure and set up WMS environments to meet operational requirements.
• Provide end-user training and support for Manhattan Active WMS functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support warehouse go-lives, including on-site presence as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
• Document processes, configurations, and training materials for ongoing support.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Manhattan WMS solutions, including Manhattan Active WMS.
• Proven track record of leading or supporting multiple WMS implementations in a cloud environment.
• Technical Skills: Ability to configure and manage WMS environments; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently and work weekends to support warehouse go-lives.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to train and support end-users.
• Preferred: Knowledge of supply chain operations and warehouse processes.
