Senior Analyst – People Solutions Experience: Total Reward & Pay

Position Overview:

The Senior Analyst – People Solutions Experience: Total Reward & Pay looking after Payroll, Benefits and Compensation is a crucial role in supporting the Sr Director, People Solutions Experience (PSX) by optimizing our HR technologies (Workday at its core) footprint, looking at end to end journeys that our employees go through and driving simpler and more consumer level experiences. This role collaborates closely with our People Experience, Total Rewards, Payroll, CBS (Convatec Business Services) and HR Convatec Business services teams to drive issues down the response tiers and into user self-service. The role will be the key point of contact for our Total Reward (Benefits and Compensation) and Payroll Centre of Excellence (COE). This role will also support strategic initiatives and contribute to the long-term roadmap and governance of HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using tools to enhance our Payroll and Total Rewards user experience and drive adoption of Workday and wider HR Technology Suite across the organisation.
  • Configure Workday and our wider HR Technology Suite and upskill through networks and adopt best practice to advise our COEs.
  • Analyse user behaviour and identify areas where automation and adoption solutions can improve efficiency, reduce errors, and increase self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with PSX team, CBS Towers, HR COE subject matter experts, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Workday and downstream internal and external systems, such as third party payroll.
  • Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and adjusting, optimise performance and user satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in digital adoption platforms and HR technology.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Workday experience, primarily in the Benefits, Compensation and integrations with third party payroll systems, Digital Adoption experience with WalkMe would be a nice to have.
  • Proven project management skills with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ability to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning and governance of HR technology. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing HRIS implementation and maintenance, preferably in a global organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to align them with HRIS capabilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems specifically Workday with Service Now and WalkMe being preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Deep understanding of the Workday platform, including system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, and security.
  • Experience implementing multiple Workday modules and managing inter-system data transfers and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.

This is a hybrid role linked to our office in Paddington, London, and will require 1-2 days per month in the office, based on business needs.
