We are currently searching for a Business Analyst – CRM:

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets: Perform rigorous data analysis using SQL, modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), and BI tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Financial Data Expertise: Work with financial datasets; exposure to private equity or asset management is preferred.
  • Problem Solving & Analysis: Apply hypothesis-driven analysis and problem framing to provide defensible recommendations.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Collect, map, reconcile, and document requirements and data for reliable reuse.
  • Agile & Backlog Management: Use Jira and ServiceNow for backlog and incident tracking, supporting Agile delivery practices.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to engineers and senior business leaders, ensuring concise, structured, and audience-appropriate communication.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a data/business analyst role.
  • SQL proficiency: Joins, window functions, CTEs.
  • Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and at least one BI tool (Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience with financial datasets, ideally in private equity or asset management.

Desired

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
