Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s most respected residential construction and property development companies, is seeking enthusiastic New Home Sales Consultants to join our teams in Redland Bay and Kinma Valley QLD.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll represent our brand with professionalism and passion. You’ll play a key role in helping customers navigate their home-buying journey — showcasing our exceptional designs, tailoring solutions to their needs, and guiding them from first inquiry through to contract signing.

What You’Ll Do:

• Welcome and engage visitors at the display home, delivering outstanding first impressions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, understanding their lifestyle needs and budget
• Conduct professional sales presentations to showcase Clarendon’s home designs and inclusions
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and community engagement
• Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to contract, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from sales to build phase

About You

To Be Successful, You’Ll Bring:

• Previous sales experience, ideally in new home sales, real estate, or a customer-focused role
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Availability to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends
