Renewal & Customer Success Manager For Risk Management Software
As a Renewal & Customer Success Manager for Bowtie, you'll be the driving force behind customer retention and satisfaction. By building strong relationships, solving challenges, and identifying growth opportunities, you’ll ensure our clients get the most value from our risk management software—every step of the way.
Location: Alphen aan den Rijn / Netherlands
Your Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Engage with existing customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide moderate product and service support to solve customer issues.
- Offer and process software renewal agreements to customers across the globe
- Develop retention strategies based on customer feedback.
- Re-engage lapsed customers by leveraging targeted communication strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer contentment.
- Contribute to the development of customer retention programs.
- Generate detailed reports on customer interactions and retention metrics.
- Support sales efforts through detailed data analysis and trend identification.
- Coordinate with marketing to align on retention campaigns.
- Assist in the creation of personalized customer retention plans.

About You
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years in an account management or sales related role position.
- Skills: Salesforce knowledge, excellent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Attributes: Customer service-oriented, team player, adaptable, and proactive.
- Bonus: Experience managing complex customer accounts and thinking strategically while executing tactically.

The team
You will be part of a team of 4 customer success managers working closely together with our Account management team, customer support, product team and sales support. Twice a week, you work together at our office in Alphen aan den Rijn. Next to that, you cooperate regularly with our Partner management team.
