Job Description

Job Summary/Purpose: The Certified Nursing Assistant reports to the Clinical Director/Manager. Under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, The CNA performs multi-skilled activities to support a decentralized patient-centered approach to patient care and achieve desired outcomes.

Additional Job Description

Minimum Training and Education: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of patient care experience in a health care facility or as Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant for the state of South Carolina. Will be required to maintain American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS). Crisis prevention training may be required based on department requirements.
