The ITP Product Management Director leads a team focused on accelerating product growth and performance by optimizing product usage and adoption through deep client engagement and seamless cross-functional alignment. The role leverages data-driven insights to fuel effective product strategies and drive value-added delivery from product implementation through to adoption. The Director will collaborate across functions, champion client success, and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Your Primary Responsibilities:- Lead a product management team to drive product adoption for assigned product areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ECO, CCO, internal product teams) to optimize user experience from onboarding through client retention
- Solicit and leverage voice of client feedback, using data-driven insights to establish problem statements and prioritize improvements
- Support client, asset class, and market expansion across CTM & ALERT products
- Support go-to-market activities for new services, features, and functionality
- Define product growth goals, KPIs, and supervise key metrics and trends to evaluate efficiency
- Produce data-driven client insights to champion product growth and adoption, supporting optimization and expansion activities
- Facilitate and lead external working groups and subject matter forums to support industry and product initiatives
- Ensure customer accountability and quality feedback across all cross-functional teams
- Lead communication through structured cadences, newsletters, partner syncs, and surveys
- Assists in product training efforts for all touchpoints to both internal and external customers, inclusive of documentation, publications, E Training tools, FAQ’s
- Encouraged to be SME in an area of the product and, where required, to attend meetings with clients to help with product area of expertise

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Experience in product growth, optimization, and adoption strategies
- Proven track record to leverage data-driven insights for product strategy and delivery
- Experience with client engagement, onboarding, retention, and feedback management
- Ability to define and supervise product KPIs, operational health metrics, and trend analysis
- Experience supporting go-to-market activities and market expansion initiatives
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and customer management skills
- Extensive experience of securities market including listed options and Repo
The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
