Physical Therapist

The payrate for this position is starting at $44.00 per hour (weekday and weekend availability as needed).**Actual salary may fall outside of the posted salary range as it is dependent on skills and experience. 

Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing Community

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide Physical Therapy services that are individualized to the patient, including screening, assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation
• Supervise and direct PTA in the implementation and progress of the patient treatment plan
• Communicate patient status and needs to the patient, the patient’s family, and other healthcare professionals, as appropriate
• Complete documentation timely for billing and payroll

Required Skills And Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida
• Previous SNF therapy experience
