We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager for our Luxury brands – InterContinental, Six Senses, Regent and Vignette to help craft and deliver the stories that inspire the world’s most discerning travellers. This high-profile role offers visibility at global and regional levels, leading the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that are both strategically sharp and creatively elevated.

Your Impact:
- Design and deliver integrated marketing plans that build awareness and desirability for our luxury brands, aligned to global positioning and regional strategies.
- Lead complex projects end-to-end, orchestrating agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver campaigns of uncompromising quality.
- Collaborate with senior partners across the business – from PR and social, to creative services and analytics – ensuring every channel and touchpoint reflects the essence of luxury.
- Adapt global narratives for local markets, balancing consistency with cultural nuance.
- Elevate the standard of execution, measuring performance and refining campaigns to drive both brand impact and commercial results.
The Experience You’Ll Bring:
- 5 years+ in brand marketing or campaign management.
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury marketing, understanding the expectations and desires of the luxury consumer.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through to execution.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- A polished communicator with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
