Key Responsibilities

• Follow up and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
• Prepare and organize final shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain and manage shipping records and documentation according to customs laws and customer requirements for the specified retention period.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance.
• Support the logistics team in optimizing the supply chain process and improving operational efficiency.

Knowledge And Skills

• Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and customs procedures.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic logistics environment.
