Who You Are

• A creative and detail-oriented designer with a strong eye for visuals and a growing portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling graphics for social media.
• You are passionate about social media trends, digital content, and visual storytelling, and have some experience working on social media campaigns or content.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and can manage multiple tasks with efficiency and enthusiasm.
• A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and is open to feedback from senior designers and creative leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, following brand guidelines.
• Support the design and social media teams in developing content for campaigns, posts, banners, stories, and ads.
• Adapt existing designs into multiple formats for different social media channels.
• Stay updated on social media trends, visual styles, and platform best practices to contribute fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with content writers, motion designers, and senior designers to ensure cohesive and high-quality outputs.
• Take feedback constructively and iterate designs quickly while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills:

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• 2-3  years of industry 3D design and compositing experience.
• Competency with particle and/or shader effects. Houdini is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating quality of craft and breadth of experience in 3D and product oriented design
• Comfortable transitioning fluidly between, or combining 2D and 3D design tasks.
• Presentation design skills, particularly in Google slides
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and with shifting priorities
• Experience contributing to design projects from ideation to creation through implementation
• Demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to continue learning
• Calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Collaboration, organization, and self-motivation skills

Qualifications And Prior Experience:

• 2-3 years in professional graphic design 
• Good  communication skills (preferably in English) 
• Ability to represent the company in client conversations 
• Ability to receive feedback and ask the right questions to the client to get more clarity on next steps
• Knowledge of  WordPress and content management systems is a plus
• Desire to continue to grow skillset with ongoing education and training
