Lead Carpenter

Seeking a Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity  in Madison, WI.

This position offers Gas reimbursement, possible company vehicle, and employee benefits including PTO, Medical, Vision, 401k and more!

Salary is at $35 - $45 hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities For Lead Carpenter:

• Assist in managing crew for new construction framing and finish work
• Commercial ground up and  interior remodel projects
• Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.
• Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
• Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications For Lead Carpenter:

• 2 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience in lead capacity
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent
