- Managing Customers queries via – Voice, Email, Walk-ins & Escalation
- Ensuring the SLAs target to be achieved
- Managing the cross – sell team – generating Leads and following up for the closure of the leads generated
- Managing all the channel through which leads are accumulated
- Managing MIS of Inbound call center & cross sell team
- Co-ordinating with different stakeholders
- Experience in managing Call Centre SLAs
- Must have handle team – minimum team size of 20 team member
- Should have good Excel knowledge along with Power-point presentation
- Good command over language
