As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Corporate Banking division, focusing on sales and client engagement. Your primary objective is to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored financial solutions. You will be a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand business with existing clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate entities.

Understand client needs and offer tailored financial products and services to meet their requirements.

Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide insightful recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client queries.

Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and financial analyses to corporate clients.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities and upsell additional bank products.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank and expand the network.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate banking, sales, or relationship management.

Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and treasury management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.

Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
