Job Title: Technologist/PMO for CB Tech

Job Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

• We are seeking a high-calibre Technology PMO to support the Head of Commercial Banking Technology in driving strategic initiatives.
• Developing discussion materials or driving agenda for leadership events or TownHalls.
• Collaborate with HR and technology leadership team to drive the HC strategy including tracking of open roles and developing analytics to provide insights to senior leadership.
• Lead the HC tracking for the org across FTE and FTC population and establishing cadence with the leadership to provide HC summary update.
• Independently manage vendor relationships, including vendor onboarding, driving contract closure and onboarding of vendor resources.
• Collaborate with internal expense management teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, including proactively resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Manage the budgeting and planning process with internal stakeholders for non-comp expense related to CB Tech.
• Provide strategic reporting and analysis related to non-comp budget, spend vs actuals cost saving initiatives and other key metrics.
• Independently manage planned activities (CB Tech project status updates, budgeting updates) and ad-hoc requests with the office of the CTO.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, reporting standards and regulatory requirements in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

• 8-12 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, COO Office or a similar role (e.g. CoS, Business Manager, Program management).
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and advise on strategic priorities.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive solutions oriented mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
