The Inside Sales Representative oversees the go-to-market strategy for Cloud and Security in North America. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams, the role drives market initiatives and pipeline growth. Responsibilities include closing deals and ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers through effective execution of development strategies.
As an Inside Sales Representative , you will be responsible for:
- Managing and retaining revenue for a territory's install base of accounts in North America.
- Owning complete end-to-end Sales cycle. Involving in Pre-sales, Consulting and Account Management
- Developing deep understanding of the Cloud Computing & Enterprise security & go-to-market initiatives.
- Championing Akamai's Cloud Computing vision and value proposition with Customers
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have minimum 5 years sales experience in Cloud/Security Sales (infrastructure or Software) in the B2B Enterprise market
- Have experience in managing revenue for a territory's install base of accounts in North America
- Have an understanding of existing and developing cloud technologies
- Have the ability to collaborate with Partners and Customers to create sales opportunities
- Be able to execute a sales methodology that challenges conventional thinking and creates a differentiated sales experience
