This role involves driving sales strategy and guiding efforts for mid-market North American install base customers. The focus includes Retail/eCommerce and Financial Services sectors, emphasizing high-growth opportunities. Success requires innovative thinking and entrepreneurial leadership.
As a Manager Inside Sales, you will be responsible for:
- Creating a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Providing direction and guidance to Inside Sales Representatives, strategically planning to enable quota attainment across the territory
- Engaging in business strategy development and planning while collaborating with leaders across teams and the organization.
- Supporting the territory in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings goals
- Collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and resources, including marketing, solutions engineering, channel partners, and services.
- Leading the team by recruiting, retaining, and developing a deep bench ensuring the continuity of the business
Do what you love
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 10 years of relevant experience in system/solution sales and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Possess experience working with marketing and channels partners to scale your overall go-to-market strategy
- Have demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful sales processes and building and leading best-in-class sales teams
- Have experience in leading and developing individuals to help build out the team and future leaders
- Possess excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
