Senior Project Manager

Position Summary, Responsibilities And Expectations:

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, and driving projects to successful completion within specified timelines and budgets. The ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and navigate ambiguity is essential in this fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage deliverables, and lead failure analysis efforts.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams to address challenges and drive production process improvements.
• Foster effective teamwork and communication among diverse internal and external groups, acting as a liaison to align project goals and timelines.
• Define and track program priorities using project management tools, facilitating regular meetings to review status and address challenges.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

Essential Skills And Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, Quality.
• 3+ years of experience in working with contract manufacturers or joint development manufacturers.
• Experiences and knowledge of hardware development process and lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, capable of bridging Taiwan-based teams and US stakeholders with clear, effective communication.
• The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant work experience in gaming related project and/or technical product management.
