Paid Research Specialist (Meta) - Work from Home / Dayshift

Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), with Google Ads support as needed.

Develop precise targeting strategies, creative testing frameworks, and budget allocations to maximise conversions and ROAS.

Execute daily campaign optimisation including bid adjustments, audience refinements, and creative rotations.

Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on ad copy, creatives, formats, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.

Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through GA4, GTM, and Shopify analytics.

Monitor campaign performance daily, analyse data trends, and generate insights to drive continuous improvement.

Produce clear, actionable reports (weekly/monthly) for leadership, highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.

Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and business initiatives.

Support landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives in partnership with the web and digital teams.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging Meta features, and competitor activity to capture growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in paid search/media buying, ideally within eCommerce or DTC.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads campaign management with a track record of delivering ROI-positive outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, GTM, and attribution modelling.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, Triple Whale, or other attribution/retention platforms is desirable.
• Experience with CRO, funnel optimisation, and structured testing frameworks. Personal Attributes
