Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist - Work from home / Dayshift

Join a fast-growing global consumer brand as an Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist. In this role, you’ll lead influencer partnerships, manage affiliate programs, and coordinate PR initiatives to expand reach and engagement. • Identify, research, and engage with influencers (micro, macro, niche) who align with brand vision and selection criteria.
• Manage influencer outreach, follow-ups, and assist in negotiating and contracting campaigns within budget.
• Coordinate influencer sendouts including PR packages, gifting, campaign briefs, and deliverables.
• Create content briefs and ensure influencer/affiliate content adheres to brand tone, voice, visual guidelines, and product standards.
• Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, brand safety requirements, and report risks when identified.
• Manage affiliate partnerships, including onboarding, communications, and relationship management.
• Equip affiliates with updated brand assets, product information, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, affiliate program management, or PR coordination.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, affiliate networks (e.g., Commission Junction), and PR tools (e.g., Meltwater).
• Demonstrated experience in influencer outreach and affiliate relationship management, from initial contact to reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Prior experience managing ROI-focused campaigns, with proven success in growing influencer/affiliate partnerships.
• Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
