About The Role

As a Sales Trainer at DoubleTick, you will be responsible for delivering, and evaluating impactful sales training programs that strengthen the skills and performance of our sales team. Your role will focus on equipping new hires with the tools to succeed quickly while enhancing the capabilities of existing team members. You will create engaging training modules that cover product knowledge, sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer engagement strategies. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, you will identify skill gaps and implement targeted training solutions. You will also conduct regular coaching sessions to reinforce learning and drive change. Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of training through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics will be a key responsibility. You will stay updated on industry trends and innovative sales practices to keep training content relevant and competitive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective sales training programs for new and existing staff.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure quick adaptation of new hires.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to improve skills, product knowledge, and performance.
  • Identify training needs by analyzing sales performance and feedback.
  • Measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into training.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to align training with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field; certification in Training & Development is a plus.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales or sales training roles, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Proven success in delivering impactful training sessions and improving sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM systems, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire individuals and teams.
  • Proficiency in training tools, e-learning platforms, and MS Office Suite.
