About The Role

As a Marketing Manager at DoubleTick, You will be responsible for leading campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Oversee branding, content creation, PR, and corporate communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align strategies and deliver campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve objectives and foster creativity.
  • Organize events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of market research, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, HubSpot, SEM tools, etc.).
