Information Technology Officer (25260254)

The appointee will provide technical support for the Division and Clinics, including but not limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain hardware and software for IT systems (e.g., clinic related systems, computers and printers, devices, video equipment, access control systems, tele-systems, etc.), including installation, daily operations, maintenance, and safety;
• Maintain and update the Division and Clinics’ websites;
• Provide support for various services and assist in new IT developments;
• Perform other duties as assigned; and
• Work off-campus frequently, especially travelling between Kowloon Tong campus and other clinics.

Requirements:

• A  bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Strong knowledge of IT services and applications;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking; and
• Able to work under tight schedules; experience in a similar service environment is preferred.

The appointee may be required to work on weekends and/or public holidays, and beyond office hours.

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of one to two years.  Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written assessment. 

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
