Senior Executive Officer (25260214)

The appointee will provide administrative support to the MSc in Family Office Management (MScFOM) programme of the School.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative and executive support to the MSc in Family Office Management (MScFOM) programme within the School;
• Overseeing the daily operation of the programme;
• Handling programme-level administrative tasks including recruitment, admissions, curriculum, quality assurance, marketing, and promotion;
• Organising student events and co-curricular activities;
• Providing secretarial and logistics support for committees;
• Liaising with internal and external units/parties;
• Assisting in various School-wide functions and events; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

• A recognised bachelor’s degree with at least five years of post-qualification work experience, with significant experience in programme administration;
• Strong sense of ownership and be flexible with competing priorities and changes; 
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and communication skills; and
• A high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in Putonghua would definitely be an advantage.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. 

The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and availability of funding.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
