Are you a dynamic and experienced leader ready to shape the future of essential services? We’re looking for a passionate Careline and Security Manager to lead in a newly created role within the Careline and Security Service.

About The Role

As the Careline and Security Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our 24/7 accredited Careline and Security Services. This is a unique opportunity to lead a vital service that supports the safety and wellbeing of our residents and customers.

You’Ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading and managing a high-performing team with a focus on inclusivity, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Driving service excellence by achieving key performance indicators and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Shaping and growing the Careline and Security Services to ensure they are high-quality, cost-effective, and responsive.
• Championing innovation through technology-enabled care and modern security initiatives.
