Job Summary:
The Administrative Staff Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President of Operations for Davenport Works’ and Satellites in support of achieving plant goals as outlined in the Arconic Davenport Works’ business plan. In addition to the previous above mentioned support, the Administrative Staff Coordinator will also support the Leadership Team underneath the Vice President of Operations and may support additional items as needs arise.
In this role, you will:
- Manages the calendar, correspondence, travel, visitors on behalf of the Vice President of Operations
- Provides overall administrative support for Leadership Team operations, enhances office efficiency by planning meetings, coordinating audits, supporting from an administrative function
- Supports ordering and payments and bills through our Purchase Order or other organization resources.
- Manages equipment such as copiers, printers, conference room equipment, office assignments
- Manage and maintain 2 company pool vehicles
- Organize and manage yearly plantwide recognition events, communication meetings and etc.

- 3 years of experience in an administrative position
- 3 years of experience in managing excel spreadsheets
- 1 year experience in data entry
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree (two-year program) in Business or Accounting
- 5 years previous experience in an administrative position
- 1-3 years basic accounting experience
