About The Role:

As a Senior Business Partner you'll be at the forefront of driving data and AI initiatives that transform our business.

You'll act as a strategic liaison between the business and the Data, AI & Loyalty team, translating business priorities into actionable plans.

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team and manage the entire lifecycle of data initiatives, from concept and elaboration to prioritisation and rapid prototyping.

What'S Involved:

  • Act as a senior advisor to business leaders, translating strategic objectives into data and AI opportunities
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team to deliver high-quality, actionable insights
  • Oversee the ideation and elaboration of data concepts, ensuring feasibility and alignment with business needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of data and AI projects that meet business needs.
  • Communicate complex data concepts in a clear, compelling manner to non-technical audiences

About You:

You have a passion for data-driven decision-making and thrive in fostering collaborative ways of working and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

You'Ll Need:

  • Tertiary qualification, preferably in disciplines such as Commerce or Business
  • Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated leadership experience working closely with data and analytics teams
  • Strong understanding of ways of working and agile practices
  • Strategic planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
